1.       Our Refund Policy

1.1    Our monthly membership fee is non refundable. 

1.2    You may keep and use any materials that you have downloaded according to our EULA.

1.3    To discontinue being part of the group and receive future contents follow the following steps:

(a)      Sign in to the Member's sight using you email and password

(b)      Select "Profile" on the upper left hand side of the screen to open up your profile page

(c)       Under the heading "Your Subscription" (on the left side of the screen),
           select the "cancel subscription" button

           Cancelling you subscription in this manner, effectively cancels all future payments
           and you will not receive any further content and notices.
